Menlo Park (2008): This is a 2-storey single-family residence with a basement with footprint larger than the Ground Floor.

Engineering Featured: The large Family Room with portion of the Upper Floor and sizeable second floor Porch is situated above an open Basement which demanded strategic framing and allocation of shear walls. The 3-storey Main Stairs which had the architect’s vision of “floating” was successfully engineered without intermediate posts or hardware attachment into the 3-storey window openings.
